Biography

Kaylee Farnes grew up in Sandy, Utah. She attended Sprucewood Elementary, Indian Hills Middle School, and then graduated from Alta High School in 2009. After graduation she moved to Logan, Utah to attend school at Utah State University, hoping to major in journalism. After a year, she switched her major to English teaching for secondary schools.

Kaylee began struggling in school and after three years she moved back home and took a year off to get her life back in order. She got married and moved back to Logan to finish her school. After another year, she switched her major again, this time to elementary education.
"I'm going to be in school forever, but I'd much rather graduate in something I really like rather than struggle through something I only sort of like."

Kaylee is happily married. She and her husband are students at Utah State University, both working hard for their degrees. She hopes to someday teach kindergarten or first grade. To get to know Kaylee better, follow her other blog When The Cows Come Dancing Home.
